How to Use:
Take the recommended dosages prior to appointment, based on length of service & only 1 per day:
💤1 hour-1.5 hours | 1/4 strip 
💤2.5-3 hours | 1/2 strip 
💤At home Sleep (6-8 hrs) | 1 strip
